Lumber Liquidators in Peoria Arizona on 91st Ave - horrible experience. Since April 2019 I am trying to get a refund or replacement for defective vinyl plank floor. We submitted warranty claim - brought unopened box back to the store as instructed by them. Manager forgot to send it for couple of months! Next he sent sent it to the wrong address and it got lost. Really displeased with the service and product. Shady employees. We were sold a very poor quality product that does not match the description of what we purchased. Materials were given to us broken and were not replaced. Will likely not be doing business here again.
