poor customer service – Long story short, my endcaps had to be ordered because they were not in stock. They arrived over a week late causing my floor to be left unfinished. When I called to check on the order I also ordered an additional strip at which time I was told I would have to pay over $10 freight in order to get it by that Friday as it had to come from another store.
