Posting on behalf of my mom, Ilene. “LL Flooring in Cherry Hill, NJ gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I advised the store manager Brendan that I was looking for tight, low pile, carpet that would show minimal footprints. I saw a sample and though it was small, the manager assured me it was what I was looking for.
