Straightforward to deal with and fairly cheap repair to A/C & Window washer. Would go back.
Good honest prices and well explained. I feel good being a female going there. I comparison shopped and they had better prices fast and friendly service for my new brakes. I will go here again for my future service. Luis was very helpful. Update a year later, he helped w engine mounts very affordable and honest. He's my go to guy!

This has to be the most unprofessional auto repair shop in West Hollywood. I’ve had to call numerous times to set up an appointment repair, unanswered calls and text messages. So I went in and spoke with someone named Oscar. I made the appointment again, he gave me a date for repair and when I went there to drop off car Oscar informed me that there’s no availability and I’ve been trying to plan this for weeks, I had only one day off and it was a waste.
