Extremely frustrating experience. I called in to ask where the pickup entrance was, and the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful. When I tried to explain my situation, he laughed and told me to “relax” instead of actually assisting me. The store is an hour out of my way, and I had to leave work early because I don’t have any other time to make the trip. Alan thinks you should work 15 minutes of overtime to miss the late bus. Not my fault
This is the worst place for car parts. It feels like everyone here is lazy and doesn’t want to work. I’ve called multiple times—no one answers or they just hang up. If they do answer, they say they’ll call back but never do. They have cars they could take parts from, like a hood or bumper, but they don’t bother. They just say the part isn’t available.
