Please do not do business with this company. They are not customer service oriented and don't give a damn if you get the correct order. I ordered a seat belt for my truck and there were several options. I chose to look at the picture and saw that it was what I needed. I received a seat belt receiver buckle instead of the seat belt. I was informed that this was my fault because you should not use the picture provided. You are supposed to use the description. as the pictures are all identical regardless of the part.

I'm not sure what happened to the Ontario Pick a Part location! I have been going there for years and they now have all new staff that are making up new rules. They gave me a hard time for looking at the batteries through the fence without paying admission i was planning to pay, however the line was so long i was trying to see what they had available. After their hostile attitude, I have decided I will never return! I suggest buying online using ebay, amazon, or offfer up.

Drove from Orlando to get a valve body as advertised for $160. Upon checking out I’m told $458 Then $45 for the pan ($18 new on eBay) Staff has the assumption that they are on the upper class level when they make minimum wages Bait and switch photos What a dump. DONT Waste YOUR Time

This isn't about this location specifically, I had excellent service at the Hawkins point location, but the overall service to contact any location is trash. I went to Hawkins for an 18" wheel because it had my make and model and the wheel was a 16". One of three possibilities. I do not want to drive to Mount Airy to find out they don't have the right size. There teleservice is 0 help. NOT a good place to get parts from. Today one of the cashiers was pretty rude with no manners (screaming at me and a customer that tended to be with me). I'm not surprised since every time I go the staff tend to not give the best kindness nor friendliness to the customers mainly the cashiers. As a normal customer that tends to go there frequently because of how close the location is to my business. I would like to bring awareness to other customers of the customer service they have in this location.

I have been shopping at this yard for 20 plus years..but after today..never again. I don't know how many thousands I've spent there but they won't get another dime..literally pulled part one hour before trying to return rad fan that was defective it had their mark..I had the recept. All I wanted was exchange for working fan. Long hair freak gleefully tells me we wont warranty or exchange it..after 20 years I felt they at least owed me exchange as loyal customer. Never gave me a done for a good running car. Said they were mailing me a check for $450 and never sent a dime. Said they were going to for 3 months and lied. Won't let you talk to anyone. Strait robbed me.

i work on cars a lot and this is the place that i don't like to go workers are no help at all the behind of counter just talking about they lives when i see them that they can even move is depressing lol go to victory auto or the location of blue island i even take the drive to chicago heights better
