They have the worst customer service ever in automotive. They sold me a locked engine 1rst of all. Then told me i didnt buy a labor warranty so i would be responsible for the labor and rental car although the locked engine would make the process longer as far as fixing my car??? LMAO THE worst experience i have ever had dealing with crooks. They think they could tell u anything and u believe it. I agree dont try to reach them via internet either. I entered my search with no response 4x. I have had some great experiences there also, however you will be walked by in the store also. And most of them dont want to work. I had someone look for a mirror for my tahoe and he brought one that is the wrong color. Then he got mad at me when i had told him what I was looking for...
terrible customer service. I ask a simple question about why a salvage dealer wont canibalize a door for an electrical connector, and I GET HUNG UP ON!!! Do not call these people, they have piss poor attitudes and are the worst salvage yard I have ever dealt with.
good people , got my body parts FAST , good service, The quarter panel for Honda s 2000 was cut right, even got a bit extra, clean part, just as tom promised. Would recomend them to anyone, 11- 18- 10.David conran Vero beach
