Since I couldn t choose 0 stars I reluctantly have to give you 1 star. We been trying to return a bumper since the first of June without any luck. Never buy anything from these guys!

The staff is nice. However, they stay busy. The phone hold times are long and if you opt to leave a message, you will definitely end up having to call them back. Also, I ordered and paid for my part and it was the wrong color. To top it off, the part that I received had a huge scratch across the back. I understand that they are used parts. Keystone Automotive only cares about profit. Most items (hoods and fenders) cost them less than \$30.00 and almost all head lights, tail lights and signal lights cost them about \$15.00 or less, air compresor cost them about \$119.00 and not to forget the radiuators most of them they pay around \$30.00. Of course you can t forget the damage rate out of 100 items there are about 70 to 80 that are damaged mostly because the staff can t read notes (inspect for damage before delivery)
Great supplier for collision replacement parts. I was able to get everything I needed to repair my vehicle including shop supplies and automotive paint.
