I recently visited LKQ Auto Parts on Day Street in Winnipeg to pick up a part my dad had ordered, and my experience was extremely frustrating. When I arrived, a young man at the front desk with tattoos and piercings (I believe his name is Cas) was very rude. He told me to sit down and wait while he finished whatever he was doing. I am very dissatisfied with the service, you can't come and order. They either don't pick up the phone or just hang up and don't even try to listen or take the order.
