I can’t recommend Kate and her team highly enough. I spent nearly two years feeling sluggish and bloated, but Kate looked past the surface to find the real issues. By making small, sustainable changes, I’ve seen massive results: better sleep, weight loss, and no more "masking" the issue with medicine. I’m finally able to start enjoying life again. I started seeing Kate almost a year ago for issues my regular PCP was dismissing, Kate diagnosed and started correcting the issues immediately at our first visit and the continued care I’ve received since has been unmatched. Her level of detail and attention to my overall health has been amazing and I highly recommend her to everyone. I cannot say enough amazing things of her and everyone else in the office!
I’m so grateful for the excellent care LKN wellness provides for me and my family. I love that it doesn’t feel like a doctors office when we go in for visits. So much more comfortable. And Kate and her team are so responsive when we have needed to message them!

Kelsey was so nice and caring and is determined to get me bk and to helping me feel better. Also, all of the ladies were so nice and inviting, from the time I walked in to the time I left.
