I don't write many reviews and if I do either the company was great or treated us like fools. Maybe it's the people I catch there on the weekend. Jeff and Kelly went above and beyond all expectations to help me out with a mower i had a problem with that I purchased. I can’t thank you folks enough. When I first drop the mower for engine repair They said that it was going to take them around 2 weeks to get it done! Lyndsey called me about 3 weeks later on a Friday saying that mower should be done by Monday so I came back a week after that and the guy at the desk said mower wasnt ready so They had my mower for two months and then called me that it was ready but surprise they were trying to give me an other mower not mine!!! Brought my craftsman mower in after recommendation from the warranty company. I only had this machine for approx. 6-7 months, and it stopped working. My goal was to have the mower looked at and have the service completed as per the warranty. I called multiple times over 2 weeks. I never received a phone call saying that the work was not covered by the warranty.I finally received notice that the mower was ready. I went to pick it up.
