I just moved to Mooresville and LKN was recommended by a coworker. I love this practice and will recommend them to my friends.
Absolutely unprofessional and not a TRUE mental health services facility. The only thing keeping them afloat is "Mid Life Crisis" sex therapist treating the LKN hookers. They talk about each other and themselves during the session you pay for and are very ineffective. The office girl will keep your card on file and charge you without your knowledge, so beware!!! The billing guru (total sarcasm here) is clueless and doesn't communicate with the trigger happy office girl about the charges they add onto your card. AWFUL. RUN to... read more
So happy I found LKN Psychiatric services. I was pleased with how easy it was to get an appointment. The staff is very friendly , prompt, and answered all my questions. They have many appointment times to choose from and I would recommend them to anyone seeking therapy. I am so happy to be able to get my medication and therapy all in one practice .
This office is completely unprofessional. My fiance and I are working on some issues, and we called the office to make an appointment as new patients. They sent us a form via email, which included a section on patient availability. I have a very high pressure job, and my availability is limited. I indicated a specific time and day of the week that I was available, and we sent in the form. The office called back, and we had our introductory evaluation during my specified day and time.
