They seemed able to invent discounts as needed to make sure their offer was better than the competition. As they gathered information and details changed, they found ways to make the costs vs. benefits to me stay at least as good as I started with. My service rep, Sean W*******, called to explain whenever it got confusing and made the process as easy as possible. Instead of starting out with a salesman who disappeared once the loan was in process, they kept the same representative with me all the way to closing.
I worked with Torrie L****** on a refinance of my property. Torrie was so pleasant and professional. She kept me up to date with each step of the refinance and I had no issues or problems - it was a smooth process from start to finish.
