This company is amazing!! I went to them with no knowledge of refinancing (this is my first home). Mark and his team made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way! They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best rates possible along with the understanding not the process! I would recommend them to anyone!
I was shopping for a better rate to refinance my home in order to reduce the loan rate of interest and after speaking to several loan officers and not getting satisfaction, I called Donald B****, who listened patiently to what I thought was a reasonable offer, this being maybe the fifteenth house I have financed and I must say that the process went very smoothly as I had all the documents he needed and he certainly knew what he was doing.
