Really nice people and very good atmosphere, would recommend, Julia is the sweetest lady who does the fitting and she takes her time to find the best for you. And she made me feel comfortable and not rushed. Sad to say I had to keep call to check on my support stocking, it's very difficult to get received a call back. Due to breast cancer and the removal of all the lymph nodes on my right arm I was referred to lkm for a compression sleeve due to the size of the arm I needed a custom sleeve I have listened to them tell me they couldn't get the right prescription from the doctor then it was they didn't get the right authorization from the insurance and then they told me that they got it ordered actually they said that multiple times that they got it ordered when they didn't then the problem was there was a delay in shipment here it is the e... read more

I have been waiting since July 2,2025 for prosthesis and bras. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. I am still waiting. I have called and was told the first time it was due to tariffs. When I still didn’t hear anything I asked to speak to the manager and she assured me she would check and call me back. Never heard from her even after leaving a couple of messages for her.
