I’ve been going to this place for a while now and Charlotte is my therapist. We do online therapy, which has been a lot better than any in person therapist I’ve had just because she’s so good to work with. I mostly do EDMR with her but have done some DBT. Charlotte has a lot of really good resources for anything you want to work on whether it’s goals, self work, building habits, etc. She listens well and works to understand you fully.
