Friendly, courteous The owner was not pushy at all. Asked for an idea of what we were looking for to help us find the vehicles that fit with what we were looking for.
While the car selection was limited, cars were clean and in good shape. Additionally, the owner knew what items had been inspected on the car and what work had to be done to fix prior to sale. Cars were also priced fairly (inline with KBB.com). Upon agreeing on the price, paperwork was complete in less than an hour. We've had the car for a week and no surprises. Will be going back this summer to look for another.
We looked at the car and test-drove it. The dealer was professional and low-pressure. We eventually bought another car but nothing that happened here would stop us from coming back again.
After purchase found many significant leaks. I was assured that the vehicle was inspected.

If you want a low price, but don't care what you're getting, this is the place for you! They are honest and upfront though! When we took the van to our mechanic and found out how much work it needed, we called LKC and they refunded some of our money.
I did make comment by looking up number on web site. I had excellent service and brought the vehicle. I will sent friends to see this person. You might check into your software about why he didn't respond...eh
