Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have good products but their poor communication skills and lack of accountability just makes it a nightmare dealing with them. I believe it's a couple that runs the show and neither of them are easy to get hold of. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you are ready to baby sit them through every stage.
