LJ is awesome. Not much more to be said. He knows his stuff, communicates well, he’s personable, he follows through on what he says he’ll do. I felt he was particularly savvy during the negotiation process which really helped my wife and I keep from stressing during the selling process. Sadly, I was moving out of state and couldn’t use him for the next home purchase. 10/10 would recommend

I had an amazing experience selling my condo with Lj!!!! The value and experience was unbelievable even if he charged full commission rates, but the fact he only charges 1% blows my mind. The man is amazing. He communicated with me at every step, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and were always available whenever I had questions. Truly a professional who goes above and beyond — highly recommended!! You would be crazy to go with another person let alone not speak to him before signing with anyone else !
