I had an amazing experience selling my condo with Lj!!!! The value and experience was unbelievable even if he charged full commission rates, but the fact he only charges 1% blows my mind. The man is amazing. He communicated with me at every step, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and were always available whenever I had questions. Truly a professional who goes above and beyond — highly recommended!! You would be crazy to go with another person let alone not speak to him before signing with anyone else !

LJ Woodard was the best realtor I have ever worked with. He provided all of the services to sell my home that the larger real estate companies do at a fraction of the commission with the same quality. What I liked most was he didn't push me to over or underprice my home and was completely honest about the market with realistic expectations.
