We recently sold our house with LJ and moved out of country. I was very stressed out after 14 years and he handled everything for us - staging, photos, marketing - our house listed on a Wednesday and by Friday we had 4 offers. He provided great guidance on listing price and we ended up getting 50k over asking. True professional, easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable regarding the Austin market. If you are not working with LJ - you should be!
