I came here for my nails and had such a great experience! They removed my old set very gently and carefully, treating my hands with so much care. I showed them a picture of the design I wanted, and they recreated it beautifully and exactly how I imagined. I’m really happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back again!
I’ve been coming to this nail salon many times, and I’ve always had such a great experience here. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I went to get my nails taken off, she was so so gentle, soft, careful with them. And left them so clean and pretty. Highly recommend!
I had acrylic nail extensions done here, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the experience. The nail shape was not done properly, and the overall finish looked unprofessional. Three different people worked on my nails—one was applying the extensions, another was filing, and because the salon seemed short-staffed, I had to wait multiple times in between. I have been a regular customer at this salon since January, and until yesterday, I always had a great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and usually very punctual with appointments. That's why it's so disappointing to write this review. I had a 6:30 p.m. appointment and was told over the phone that my service would take about 30 minutes.
