I had a disappointing experience with L.J. Neal & Sons. The service was subpar, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. Communication was poor, and the work completed did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
We recently hired L.J. Neal and Sons to replace a few windows in our vacation home. Accidents happen and obviously I am not there first hand to assist. Honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish an A+ experience. The windows themselves are top notch but the install and customer service was professional, punctual and over all exceptional throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who has rental properties like me or a home owner looking to get their windows replaced or upgrade... read more
