I can in for just a basic eyeybrow wax. I have been here before and never had a problem. Upon enetering noticed there are all new employees but still proceeded to get my eyebrows done. They are now uneven and they have charged my card twice. When I showed them in the store that is was already a charge on my card (after they swiped my card many and multiple times), they continued to swipe it, causing a 2nd charge. Terrible! They don’t listen, the cut people, use dirty tools, and only allow cash when their sign said they accept card. This place needs to be shut down!

This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had in all if my 20+year of getting my nails done. A simple pink and white turned horrid. 1. The wrong size tips were applied 2. Incorrect shaping 3. Uneven acrylic applied without sanding to correct 4. The nail tech incited 2 lacerations on 2 of my finger(without consideration or empathy,and yes they were bleeding) due to the excessive amount of acrylic applied and his inability to properly file while attempting to shape ( they should have been coffin) 5.
