I was so surprised from the reviews cuz my experience with the clinic was amazing. I did my test for traveling and i got the result at the same time i was told. I even asked them to update the result by writing my passport number du to the restricted rules in my country and they replied in 20 minutes with the updated one I really appreciate the good and fast service

I wish I could give zero point. Despite having an appointment and paying $$$ for my COVID test, we had to wait in line in freezing temps for over one hour just because these cheapos had only one (slow) guy manning their testing kiosk. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else.

I paid for 24 hr lab results and it has been over 7 days and still nothing. They are not responding to my calls either as their mailbox is full.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! I have NEVER written a poor review but this is one that is definitely warranted. I paid for the Rapid PCR with a 24 hour turnaround in order to travel. I even followed up with them to make sure I would receive the results in 24 hours. It is now 36 hours and I have heard nothing from them and cannot get through on the phone number listed as it rings until a voicemail comes on and says the mailbox is full. 24 hour pcr test? No... so if you have a flight, do not use this service. Hundreds of dollars lost with this service.
