DO NOT USE LJ Hooker surfers paradise for your property management needs. I purchased a property that LJ Hooker had been managing for 7 years and they had absolutely zero care factor of the quality the property was maintained and ignored my queries for weeks on end. They DID NOT come prepared with anything to complete an exit report upon vacate, including no entry report to compare the condition of the property after the 7 year tenancy.
