I would like to highly recommend Christine Zhang as a truly professional, responsible, and dedicated property manager. While working with her to resolve a challenging water leak issue, I was very impressed by her excellent communication skills and professional approach. I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. I was interested in renting one of their properties, but their property manager’s (PM) phone line was disconnected. I reported this to their director, who showed no patience in explaining the situation, didn’t bother to apologize, and instead made excuses, blaming it on a technical glitch.
