I have had LJ Hooker Mandurah as our property manager for a couple of years now and have had great service from Chloe. She is thorough and proactive in her dealings with us. I highly recommend their property management services.
LJH Mandurah has been looking after some of my properties for in excess of 10 years and Chloe Carter has been looking after my properties for the last 4 years and I would highly recommend her as a property manager. Chloe has handled tenant reviews, Maintenance advice, new tenant laws and general administration. All discussions and emails are excellent, to the point and great advice, no matter what the issue and fair to the tenant and us as the landlord, which makes everything a pleasure to deal with.
If you are a renter, Absolutely 💯 this is your agent. If you are considering letting them manage your property, maybe reconsider.
