I have been renting for the last 15 years and have had a range of property managers. I have had ones that were completely slack and faked their inspections, to others who tried to report us for leaving dirty dishes in the sink during an inspection when I was home with a sick child. I have found Rebecca at LJ hooker Property South to be a great balance in looking after both the tenant and the owner and would highly recommend.
