We recently just signed our first rental with LJ Hooker Penrith and our property manager Nathan De Battista has made the process so easy from the moment we applied until being in the property. From updating us in the application process, communication pre moving in and getting the keys; to giving us a cute little welcome basket. The communication from Nathan has been fast and helpful. All in all very happy with the property and grateful to have Nathan as our property manager as we feel we are in safe hands.
Very excellent and welcoming experience with Nathan De Battista from LJ Hooker Penrith. The day of recieving my house keys I was gifted with a welcome pack which was a very thoughtful gesture.
