I had a frustrating experience with LJ Hooker Kensington Unley regarding the return of my rental bond. After vacating the property on 8/12/25, my bond was not returned and I was forced to follow up repeatedly. Despite a pre-vacate inspection being conducted one week prior where the condition was reported as satisfactory, I was later charged a $550 cleaning fee without being informed of why this was necessary, instead they sent an invoice over a month after the professional clean was conducted, so not giving us any chance to ... read more
