Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Karen trying to sell my house. I’d known her for a long time and had previously purchased and sold with her, so I thought she’d be reliable and trustworthy. However, this time was a horrific experience for my family and I. If I could give zero stars, I would. I enquired about a property in Greystanes a few months and did not receive any updates regarding this. I was dealing with agent Mary and honestly I am baffled at the unprofessionalism of this team. She ghosted me and I had to find out through Facebook that my property had been sold to someone I highly dislike.
