Very disappointing experience. Communication was extremely poor calls were rarely answered or returned, and the bond took months of back and forth to finally be returned. My credit held with the agent Brandon was also never returned. Very poor communication and customer service. Would not recommend.
Gizele was extremely professional and always took the time to answer any questions I had. She went above and beyond to help me throughout the loan process, which was particularly challenging as no bank was initially willing to lend to me due to my medical condition. I truly don’t think any other agent would have put in the time, effort and dedication that Gizele did. She was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and made what was a difficult situation much easier for me.
We have been dealing with Rebecca, LJ Hooker & Team for a few years & they never disappoint. Very supportive & feel like family. Love your work! 🫶
She is the best realstate I have experienced with, Rebecca very kind helpful and respectful lady I recommend her for sure very happy with the outcome 🙏🏼😊
This is a post not only for LJ Hooker Bankstown but also for its property manager Rebecca R. Although I’m dealing with her as a tenant, she’s been nothing short of amazing, compassionate and supportive. Rebecca has been fair with her dealings with us and I have nothing but the highest praise for her. She’s a credit and asset for LJ Hooker Bankstown. Highly recommended for property management.
