Very disappointing experience. Mould was present from the start of our tenancy and was ignored, only getting worse over time. There were ongoing roof and water leaks that were never properly fixed, only temporary patches that they called “solutions.” The decking became unsafe and has been fenced off since December, leaving part of the property unusable.
