Worst service ever, not fixing issues in the house from 3 months, just keep postponing things. They work just in the interest of landlord not the tenant. The only good thing about the company is the name. Please dont send a reply now that you are sorry for the inconvenience and you ll improve.
Most useless property managers ever, Always everyone else’s fault, Gardener turns up whenever he wants and lets himself into the back yard like he owns the place. Landlord turns up and lies straight to my face and tells me she is the gardeners helper and here to plant some plants. The property had rubbish everywhere in the backyard and inside was disgusting and dirty, but I can guarantee when we move out they will still screw us over. They do not care about tenants at all.
UPDATE TO MOJO HASS REVIEW After posting my original review, I was contacted by a representative from the office associated with LJ Hooker (not Jennifer Zhang directly). During that call, I was asked to remove my review and told it could expose me to defamation action. I attended a rental inspection managed by LJ Hooker, where Jennifer Zhang (executive property manager) was present, and it was easily the most disrespectful and degrading experience I’ve had dealing with anyone property manager in Australia From the moment my wife and I arrived, her attitude was dismissive and condescending.
