I accepted a quote and then was ghosted.
Had a small section of a roof installed almost a year ago from them and after a few months, water was leaking underneath the section of roof they replaced which is in my laundry room. During rain storms, I have to lay down towels and a bucket because of how much water gets inside. Brandon said he would send someone out to pull back some shingles to see if they can find a leak. Amazing experience with this company. We had our old roof and gutters completely replaced with a new DeVinci slate roof. See prior post. About a year later, I was impressed by the company’s follow up. They followed up about one year after the installation before this winter season and realigned two singles and added additional flashing to a small corner.
