pesimo servicio ya llevo 3 meses intentando cancelar mi poliza y cada q vengo esta cerrado xq la vieja no me quiere ayudar cuando llamo entonces cuando tengo tiempo vengo y esta cerrado cuando tiene q estar abierto pero eso si buenos para cobrarse cada mes!!

Elizabeth is very unprofessional. She does not communicate effectively, impatient, rude, and has the worst costumer service. She overcharged me to add a vehicle and completely lied to my monthly policy rate. She has no education whatsoever. Someone like her should not be representing Alliance insurance. I would give her 0000000000000000000 stars!!!!! She also hangs up on people and is illeterate
