At home Great people. Staff was awesome, smiles and a lot a truth. My mom could not go with me only my significant other was there when I order the dress. The seamtress and manager acted like the voice of reason(it was like I had my mom and dad right there with me.) So to me it seem like sometimes the maturity of the client can make or destroy the experience. Summary: Good place, good staff, great dresses!
Lizcano Bridal Shop is to be AVOIDED!!! Iâm an event planner/wedding coordinator who was invited by my bride to attend her dress fitting at Lizcanos Bridal. I was appalled with what I seen and experienced during my visit. The customer service was an absolute disgrace to the industry! She is so sweet and so passionate about what she does and really listens to what your needs are in terms of finding your dream dress! That kind of quality care, professionalism and interest in a customer is so rare nowadays from people who work in the retail service industry. Lizcano is a professional, experienced bridal shop with a hardworking, friendly and honest consultant. I had the absolute best experience. In June, another retailer told me I would have to pay a rush fee to get my dress by September. Lizcano never mentioned a rush fee and I received my dress in less than 2 weeks. Lizcano is also budget friendly, although I had already picked my dress, I was given the option to select similar dresses that were more cost effective. Lizcano is the best in the business.
