Not sure what that other review is about. Sounds like there's more to that story... We have been seeing Dr. Didriksen (and others when she's out) for over 10 years and she has helped us through all the things with our 3 kids, including rare food allergies, many many ear infections, ADHD, and asthma. The staff is amazing and very responsive, always polite and professional. I always get a call back within a few hours of leaving a message for the nurse. Wonderful practice!
The pedia here is very inconsiderate. Always in rush. We came few minutes late for some valid reason and then their old secretary is so slow and seems like doesn’t know what she’s doing and almost took her 20 minutes with all her record checking in the computer given the fact that we’ve been going back and forth here for a year already. and after that she ask us to pay 125 usd out of the pocket and then I thought we’re good.
