I was released from the hospital on Thursday, July 24th. I did not see the care team before leaving and was given a pain medication that is too much for me, while I was not given the one works for me. I have called each morning and leaving a message that I would like to speak with someone. I had major back surgery and it is a hardship for me to leave the house at this point. After 5 phone messages to the pain doctor this woman works under I had not one word from anyone. This is not medical care, this is medical negligence
