Dealing with this office AND Capiendo MD has been nothing short of a nightmare! I’ve been having ‘issues’ as a result of a radical surgery procedure (14 hours) that I had as a result of cancer. Capiendo MD decided to do another procedure to rectify my issues. It took a month to get that date confirmed. Only until the day before my scheduled procedure did someone (Charles - the scheduler who should have taken care of this a month prior) tells me that the facility would not be covered!
