The staff does not care about their patients at all! I called to refill medication for my mother, who had run out, and asked if they could send the prescription to the pharmacy. They simply said, "We are busy right now; we will do it at the end of the day." The pharmacy had already sent the request—all they had to do was approve it. Even after I informed them that my mother had no medication left, they could not have cared less. I am definitely recommending that my mother switch providers!
