Liz is the best. She has intimate knowledge of the housing market and neighborhoods in Detroit. She has experience in renovation and was able to advise us on potential issues with homes. She was extremely responsive, professional, and available. She helped us through the entire spectrum of the buying process, from beginning to working through issues post signing. Without her, we certainly would have been hosed.
Liz found us the perfect place that suited our needs and our comfort zone with respect to affordability. She also took us to see many different types of places in many different Detroit neighborhoods so that we had a good feel for what we wanted. After the sale, she has continued to be very helpful.
