Liz helped me buy a home very efficiently. From the beginning, she was easy to reach by phone/text or email at seemingly any hour. She sent me new listings within my price range in a timely manner. When viewing properties, Liz was very knowledgeable and pointed out specific features (eg the quality of the roof tiling or water heater) that I would not have otherwise known about. Liz helped me to sell my mother's house. Mom had moved closer to me, out of state and needed to have her house sold while we were no longer in Iowa City. Liz handled everything for us. She lined up a great inspector and helped with getting a contractor to make a minor roof repair. We had several interested buyers from word of mouth and Liz showed them the home. Liz did an amazing job as our realtor. We really enjoyed working with her. She helped us find a home quickly that fits our family great with short notice during the very busy time of December. She was available whenever fit our schedule best and whenever we had any questions. She was insightful and very detail oriented when looking at homes. But also was very good and giving us our space to make decisions and supporting what we were looking for in a home.

Excellent advice and support during the whole buying process. We were first buyers and she was always prompt in giving timely and accurate answers and guidance.
