Was great until owners decided to sell the property we were renting. Gave us 70 days notice to evacuate the property and find somewhere else to live after we had already renewed the lease. We are moving out of state now due to being priced out of the area and living in a terrible apartment that we had to scramble to get into. Thanks.

I'm new to Dunahm Marsh and am stunned at the poor judgement of this new HOA administrator - Liz. My husband is deployed, and I had a contractor stop by to quote a repair on my house. The contractors truck (F-250) was parked in front of my house while he was quoting the job and I received a notice in the mail a few days later with a fine from Liz and Associates that I was not allowed to be parked on the road. This "management" group is worthless in their attempt to preside over the Dunham Marsh HOA. I received a notice of violation from them for having a 5 gallon bucket in my back yard. It had a rich soil and fertilizer mix I was using in my garden. I received a fine that said the bucket wasn't allowed in my back yard. Very unethical and untrustworthy group of people under Liz.
