I don’t understand the negative reviews I had an issue with my insurance for a couple days and they worked for 3 days to get my medication approved after multiple phone calls to my insurance and pharmacy. The entire office is full of amazing people and will advocate for you, you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend their west haven office, I’m eternally grateful for their advocacy and for being one of the few doctors that has genuinely taken my pain seriously.

I've had cancer in kidney 2024 had 3/4 of kidney removed polysytic kidney disease. I have chronic uti's, I have pacemaker defibrillator, RA, PSORITIC ARTHRITIS, DEGENERATING SPINE. IM IN PAIN AND SICK EVERYDAY. I HAD A SERIOUS UTI LAST MONTH AND I MIGHT HAVE CANCER IN PANCREAS AND LEFT KIDNEY NEEDED TO TAKE EXTRA PAIN MEDS AND ROBIN WAS MEAN AND NOT UNDERSTANDING AT ALL.
