LivWel is an AWESOME gym!! The coaches are all very encouraging, welcoming and knowledgeable. When I injured my knee, they modified my workouts throughout class and helped me regain knee mobility and strength. Their classes are upbeat and fun with intentional training and FLY by! LivWel provides a positive, feels like family community atmosphere. I am never bored and feel so much stronger. Looking forward to doing P.T. here soon :) can’t recommend enough!
I've started training with my personal trainer, Coach Moe, and I'm very excited to experience her knowledge and professionalism; she's guiding me on a path tailored to my needs, to help me progress towards my best physical condition. I plan to join group training in the near future, once my performance improves a bit more. 100% recommended!
Update: Changing to 1 star for an outdated gym membership policy I’m a student that need to save money for a month or two and I should not have to pay an extra month or a fee just to pause or cancel my account. No services rendered for the month and they want to send the amount to collections. seen a lot of good things happening and wish I was there and near the area but were in different places and always good community and to have a good active workout and the staff are cool but recently I said or advice of making it a new addition friendly and the owner DJ did get a bit rude and he could've at least talk or explain like I did and gave reasons but he didn't and another member did apply what I said but understood and was a bit weird to but still and would advice at least understand what others saying and wasn't b... read more
