I would never recommended LivSmart to anyone. They give hardworking, door to door salespeople a bad name. Once Isaiah Smith sells you service and faulty equipment, he is MIA along with LivSmart’s customer support. They just want to close the deal and be done with you. It was pitiful. Thankfully, were able to work directly with ADT corporate and they sent someone to help us and they apologized on LivSmart’s behalf.
The service was excellent! Joe was very friendly and informative, Jose was one of the best installers I ever worked with and took his time to show me everything on my system, Alicia was also very nice and courteous also made sure everything went well with my installation and made sure to let me know how to contact them if I have any questions. Amazing experience with everyone and highly recommend this company.
