I was so disappointed to call this place home after I came home after class to find my room flooded and fire alarms going off. My puppy was trapped in her kennel while it flooded and the loud alarms went off. Staff had gone through my room to pick things off the flooded floors but failed to give me a call or try to message me. We had to pack our things up and live at home for a month.
