Livonia Glass Co took metal trim pieces for our shower door and Eric told me it would take one week. $73.00 After 2 weeks instead of calling I went in person and ****now told me it would be done in 2 or 3 days. What a joke this business is. He is very rude and should not be in charge of this business. He seems a bit off centered and has no clue on customer service skills. I took my items and had another company replicate them on the spot for less than half the price.
