I had such a great experience touring with Amanda while exploring leasing options at the Livonia Apartments! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable—answering all of my questions with kindness and professionalism. Amanda truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to feel confident and informed. She is the best and anyone looking to lease here is lucky to have her as their leasing agent.

I'm going to be as fair and unbiased as I can in this review, because I've definitely made mistakes in this scenario too. The rent went up significantly when I renewed my lease, and now we also have to pay for water and heat despite having no control over the heat, and not being individually metered. I asked which apartments they were using for comps, and was told the name of a few complexes in Livonia. Nancy did an amazing job touring and providing information about the property. The grounds here are very nice. You can tell that Nancy cares for the resisdents here and prospective tenants as well.

I don’t like that I have to pay to pay my rent. I feel they can find a different way for the tenants to pay online without a cost. It was like that before we got a new owner. Until the then this apartment complex sucks. I would like to add that this owner is price gouging his tenants when you renew your lease. We have no amenities, no clubhouse, no swimming pool, no fitness center, no balconies , no patios, no central air, no in apartment washers/dryers.
