I’ve been a resident of the Livonia Apartments for 8 years and it has been absolutely wonderful ! Never had any issues and they are well kept and very peaceful ! A great place to live !!
I don’t like that I have to pay to pay my rent. I feel they can a different way for the tenants to pay online without a cost. It was like that before we got a new owner. Until the then this apartment complex sucks
I've been here for 2 month's now and love it. Grounds are very clean buildings kept up really nice. My apartment had been remodeled prior to me moving in so I was very happy with new carpeting new counter tops and cabinets. New ceiling fan's new light fixtures and freshly painted. And a almost new A/C that I can control with a remote. I enjoy living here very much.
