Apartment searching can become a bit chaotic, after searching several apartments I almost gave up until I met Amanda over at the Livonia Apartments. She was very friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions, Amanda made me feel very secure and accepted into the community before I could even apply. She walked me around the property showing me the dog walking stations, the laundry room and storage cages in the basement. Amanda gave me the tour and it was a great experience Amanda was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to answer any question that I asked
I’ve called several times throughout this past week to inquire about an apartment & no one answered the phone each time I called. I also went up there around 3pm during the week hoping to speak with someone in person & no one was in the office. Very unprofessional!
