Friendly staff, clean and very punctual. Sandra has been doing my nails for a few months now. I love how I can carry on a conversation with her and she understands all my requests. I don't ever feel as if some of the staff members are talking about me or my needs. Huge color selection!!
I called to schedule an appointment for myself and my sister. I explained to the employee on the phone I wanted a pedicure for myself and manicure for my sister. She put me on a brief hold and then after the brief hold I was given my appointment time at 3:00pm. I get there ten minutes early and my sister was taken in first for her manicure. DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME. EVEN THO YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT FOR A LONG TIME. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS INSTEAD.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The night before, I booked an appointment for 10am through their instagram page. The next day I arrive on time, get seated, and get offered coffee. Up until the coffee was offered everything was fine. Kalani then asks what I want for my nails, I ask her if she can do a design with gel and add nail tips…she says no she has no time because she has an 11am.
