Broke my Radius and fractured ulna on Wed the 22nd went to urgent care called on Tuesday and she got me in right away as a new patient, other places would not see me for 2 weeks, Dr Livingstone saw me right away. her bed side manner is impeccable, very sweet and explains in detail. I was in and out of her office within a hour, that included, taking off the splint, another x ray, seeing her and cast put on by Jessica, another outstanding professional. had to wait 3 days post wrist fracture to be seen after explaining how intense the pain was, Ive been in the medical field my whole life as my father is a retired doc, and never have I seen a practice not offering emergency appointments.
I believe Dr. Livingstone is a highly skilled and competent surgeon that improved my quality of life with a relatively minor outpatient surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome. And for a change I was not taken to the cleaners by the South Florida medical doctors.
In addition to being a skilled physician, she's kind, caring, attentive, and compassionate. She really listens, takes time to explain procedures, answer questions thoroughly and adresses concerns honestly and respectfully. I'm terrified of cutting & surgery and over the last 2.5 yrs tried every way to cure deQuervains syndrome in both my wrists. I eventually had no choice but surgery. I did exhaustive research and met several docs. I know I chose wisely. She gave my hands and sanity back to me.
Dr. Livingstone is an excellent physician. She is honest and very caring. Her bedside manner is awesome, I have yet to find a physician that is intelligent and makes me feel important.
